Pamela Carol (Boyett) Williams

July 7, 1965 ~ July 16, 2019 (age 54)

Celebration of Life for Pamela Boyett Williams, age 54 of Decatur, will be Saturday, July 20, 2019, 3:00 p.m. at Epic Church with Pastor IV Marsh officiating.  Her family will receive friends for two hours prior to service at the church.  Shelton Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements

Pam was ushered into the presence of her Savior by the love, prayers, and support of family and friends on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at Huntsville Hospital.  She was born in Moulton on July 7, 1965, to Willard and Elaine (Woodard) Boyett of Hillsboro.   Pam served in the United States Air Force for four years, and later worked alongside her husband of 29 years, Michael, to establish Eternitees Screenprinting and Embroidery in Decatur.  Pam found her greatest earthly joy in time spent with those she loved, and that joy was fueled by her love for, and faithfulness to, the Lord.  She will be remembered for her unconditional love, her unwavering faith, her infectious laugh, her fondness for all things purple, her passion for the beach, and her tenacity to overcome any obstacle.

In addition to her parents, Pam is survived by her husband, Michael Williams of Decatur; children, Connor Williams (Amy) of Madison, Cassundra Simpson Shukle (Panch) of Glendora, CA, and Olivia Williams of Birmingham; siblings, Karen Hitt of Trinity, Beth Bracken of Moulton, Carla Bowling of Hillsboro, and Michael Boyett of Trinity; grandchildren, Savanna, Mackenzi, Addie, Lexie, and Jackson, who knew her as their beloved Nana; and countless other friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to the Bonnie J. Addario Lung Cancer Foundation (www.lungcancerfoundation.org) or First Priority of Decatur (fpdecatur.org).

The family invites you to celebrate the life and legacy of Pam, knowing that the words of her life verse, Jeremiah 29:11, have been fulfilled for her:  "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
