Mrs. Selby Anne (Angleton) Dowling, age 89, of Decatur, died Friday, June 29, 2018, at her residence. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting her family. Mrs. Dowling, was born August 8, 1928, in Arkansas, to Adiel Selby Angleton and Annie Vera Ellis Angleton. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, James Hicks Dowling. She is survived by three daughters, Raye Thibadoux of Decatur, Deborah Hall of Searcy, AR, and Paula Langworthy of Atlanta, GA; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
