Mrs. Byrd, who died Saturday, September 18, 2021, at her residence, was born March 23, 1941, in Decatur, to Millard Cecil Linderman and Annie Rhodes Linderman. She was preceded in death by her son, Trian Buckelew, her parents, and four siblings, Ray Linderman, Jackie Linderman, Emmons Linderman, and June Collins.
Known as Nanner to her grands and great-grands, she had a sense of humor with a laugh that was contagious. She loved her family and friends fiercely and she was always there for them when they needed her. Eloise loved to cook and was known to have the best creamed potatoes and banana pudding around. Jesus was most important in her life and her family finds comfort knowing she is in the arms of our Heavenly Father and many other loved ones who passed on before.
